Return Policy

Live Bees: There are no refunds on live bees or queens, Honeybees are sold “as is.”  There are no refunds on deposits for bees.


When you pick up your bees, we will inspect them together and show you the queen.  Once they are in your possession and you leave the premises, we assume no responsibility to exchange them or refund your money.

You must pick up your bees when we notify you they are ready. For the health of the bees, we cannot hold nucs or queens for extended periods of time. If you cannot pick your bees up promptly, please contact us and we will try to work with you.

 

Pickup Day Changes: We reserve the right to change pickup dates for bees for the health and safety of the bees and to ensure that you receive quality bees.

 

Classes: There is no refund on classes, please check with us first before ordering.  We can always re-schedule the session for a time both parties agree to.

For credit card purchases, you agree that you are 18 years or older, you also agree that you are authorized to use this credit card, and you agree to the charges contained in the invoice which may include shipping, sales taxes, and handling charges. In the event you do not agree with these charges, you must notify us within 48 hours of the time of order.

 

The customer agrees to these terms and conditions as a condition of placing this order.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
